Can you explain why I'm on a cloud based solution, but I can't see our websites.
My very basic expectation is that if a piece of a equipment fails the network or cloud is designed to prevent disruption.
I'm still encountering problems relating to this and have had to eat humble pie with customers yet again.

I was under the impression, obviously mistaken, that the cloud service was meant to make this kind of think redundant.
Can you please outline what the cloud service covers and why it's better than the virtual service I moved off last month.

In January the virtual server I was on died and I was offline for two days so we switched to cloud and the additional monthly cost, however that doesn't seem to be anymore reliable
